| My favorite gym In Orlando so far! They have a variety of equipment and the gym is huge so you always have a machine available! Very clean and the people are welcome! Highly recommend. |

| I feel the need to update my review, I’ve had many issues with this gym after my initial review. Specifically with them trying to charge me for literally everything and anything. If you pause your account, you STILL have to pay $10 a month. Now I’m trying to cancel the membership and it’s a $200 cancellation fee? All they want from you is your money. |

| Wish I could give a “0” star review on this establishment. Management and employees are horrible when it comes to running this place and making customers feel valued, especially for the amount of money that is being charged. I just saw a video of a young lady who was treated so poorly. This should be a place where women and men feel welcomed. This screenshot says it all. And from the tone of her voice in the video, she was the calm one in this scenario. You can hear how aggressive this guy was towards her. And furthermore, the WHOLE staff needs training in Customer Service, starting with “Raider” and the so-called manager that was on site that day and did absolutely nothing to deescalate the situation. DO BETTER. |

| I love this gym, I’m aware it’s more than a gym. But I use it for a gym purpose only. I would love to start utilizing their spa; however, I’m waiting for them to present spa packages. They are very clean, and friendly. It also have classes but I have yet to try them. They have an ice den as well. I’ll update the review once I have explored the other areas. |

| I don’t have to say much, my one star says it all. If I could give no stars I would. For the price of this gym, everyone in the gym should feel comfortable, safe, and more importantly be respectful to those around you. Employees shouldn’t be rudely mannered. Disappointed to say the least. |

| When Genesis purchased RDV, I thought there would be an improvement in the dirty locker room, the stuff floating around in the hot tub and cold plunge (people do not shower before using), and the staff that are focused on themselves instead of the guest. I was wrong. I have my bill on auto pay, so my membership will end next billing period. The sad thing is this club has it all…too bad the management doesn’t care to fix the problems. If you have a health club suggestion, please let me know. |
